Fireworks Party - 2024
Back with a bang! Trailfinders Sports Club will host the annual Fireworks Party on Tuesday 5th November with an exciting evening planned!
You can expect our usual fantastic fireworks show - this year sound tracked to iconic movie music the entire family will be sure to know!
We've also got entertainment throughout the evening so get down early to make the most of what's on offer!
Last year's display sold out early so make sure to buy your tickets early to secure your spot at this years display!
There will be food stalls, bars, mulled wine & sweets stations available throughout the venue.
Adult tickets from £10.00+fee
Child tickets from £6.00+fee
Get down early for when gates open at 5:30pm sharp to make the most of the entertainment on the night & to avoid queues at the gate! The display will take place at 7.30pm for one of the highlights in the TFSC events calendar.
Attractions will include Bars, Food Stalls, Mulled Wine, Sweet Stands, Laser Show, Stilt Walkers & Fire Breathers ahead of the spectacular Fireworks Display.
We advise attendees to use public transport to get to and from the venue. We are well connected by busses serving Scotch Common. E2, E7, E9, E10 & 297
There will be limited pre 18:30 parking available on site. Guests arriving in cars after this time will not be allowed access and no refunds will be available.
Restrictions
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
1. Childrens (Under 14's) tickets can only be purchased in conjunction with a full paying adult.
2. Trailfinders Sports Club will refuse entry to any Under 14's ticket holders who are not accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. No outside food or drink can be brought on to the site.
4. Please do not bring big bags to the event. It slows down security checks and larger bags may not be permitted.
5. No refunds are available.
6. No dogs are allowed on site except service dogs.
7. Home games & events are professionally photographed and filmed (for game analysis, television and
marketing). Buying a ticket affirms your consent (and those you are buying tickets for) to
photographs, filming and sound recording as a member of the audience. If you have any
objection, should this happen when you attend a show or event, please contact us
BEFORE the event and we may be able to accommodate your needs.
8. Tickets will be dispatched to you electronically as conformation of purchase. The ticket
will show a QR code that you must present at the gate on your phone or printed.
9. Always check your tickets upon receipt and advise us promptly of any errors. Mistakes
when ordering cannot always be corrected, and any corrections are discretionary.
10. You will need to comply with health and safety rules and any security requirements (including
security searches for the safety of those attending the event). The venue has right to
refuse admission or eject you in certain circumstances and these are likely to include if you are
involved with abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour, or carry offensive
weapons or illegal or prohibited substances or make unauthorised audio, video or
photographic recordings.
Waiver
1. TFSC reserves the right to cancel the event if government restrictions are implemented on events. In the event that the display cannot take place due to restrictions imposed by the government you will be liable to a full refund minus the booking fee.
2.The club accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury to person or property unless it is caused as a direct result of negligence on the part of the Club.
3. By purchasing a ticket we reserve the right to keep you up to date with relevant marketing via email. TFSC (Trailfinders Sports Club), & partner companies ETPRM (Ealing Trailfinders Professional Rugby Management) & Trailfinders LTD will process your details for marketing purposes only and your details will not be passed on or shared with any third party companies. You can opt out at anytime via the unsubscribe button within the email.
4. Car parking passes are for pre 18:30 entry only - no refunds will be issued for those arriving after this time who cannot park on site.
